體(ti)育(yu)部現有(you)專(zhuan)任教師36人,其中教授(shou)8人、副教授(shou)15人、講師12人;博(bo)士3人。近年(nian)來,部門積極開展(zhan)具(ju)有(you)高職(zhi)特(te)色的體(ti)育(yu)俱樂部教學模(mo)式(shi)改(gai)革;收(shou)到明顯成(cheng)效,擁有(you)市(shi)級(ji)教改(gai)項(xiang)目一門,校(xiao)級(ji)教改(gai)項(xiang)目十余項(xiang)。部門積極響(xiang)應學校(xiao)新的人才培養模(mo)式(shi)改(gai)革舉措,已(yi)培養了101名社會體(ti)育(yu)輔修專(zhuan)業學生(sheng),并面向2012級(ji)學生(sheng)繼續招(zhao)收(shou)拓展(zhan)專(zhuan)業學生(sheng)。
體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)部以(yi)國家體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)總局體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)文(wen)化(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)基(ji)地(di)(di)為(wei)(wei)平臺,基(ji)地(di)(di)依托地(di)(di)域(yu)文(wen)化(hua)、民俗(su)文(wen)化(hua)、區(qu)(qu)域(yu)文(wen)化(hua)等優(you)勢,逐步(bu)開展具有特色的(de)體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)文(wen)化(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu),形成(cheng)(cheng)以(yi)絲綢之(zhi)路體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)文(wen)化(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu);武術與民族(zu)傳統體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)文(wen)化(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu);體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)課(ke)程文(wen)化(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu);社區(qu)(qu)與校(xiao)(xiao)園體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)文(wen)化(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu);地(di)(di)域(yu)非物質文(wen)化(hua)遺產(chan)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)為(wei)(wei)主(zhu)的(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系。同(tong)時,學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)實(shi)施了(le)強身健體(ti)(ti)(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工程,大力加強對職(zhi)業教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)與建設,并(bing)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)將(jiang)逐漸(jian)發(fa)展成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)集科研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)、教(jiao)學(xue)、服務(wu)為(wei)(wei)一體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)文(wen)化(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)基(ji)地(di)(di),現已取得了(le)一定的(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)。部門還積極參加國內(nei)外的(de)學(xue)術交流活動,并(bing)在(zai)大會(hui)上發(fa)表論文(wen),研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)在(zai)學(xue)界產(chan)生了(le)一定的(de)影(ying)響。目(mu)前(qian),部門師(shi)資力量雄厚(hou),年齡(ling)結構、學(xue)歷與職(zhi)稱結構較為(wei)(wei)合(he)理,具有從事研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)的(de)師(shi)資和(he)設施條件,并(bing)制定了(le)三年的(de)發(fa)展規劃。
部門(men)以國家(jia)體(ti)育(yu)總局(ju)體(ti)育(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)基(ji)地(di)為平臺,依托地(di)域文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、民(min)俗文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、區域文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)等優勢,開展具有特色的體(ti)育(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu),形成了(le)以:絲綢之路體(ti)育(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu); 武術與民(min)族傳統體(ti)育(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu);體(ti)育(yu)課程(cheng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu);社區與校園(yuan)體(ti)育(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu);地(di)域非物質文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)遺(yi)產研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)為主的研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)體(ti)系。
同時,學(xue)校實施(shi)的(de)學(xue)生強身健(jian)體(ti)(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工程,全面開(kai)展(zhan)了對職業教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)學(xue)校體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)研(yan)(yan)究與建設(she),其中(zhong)“社會體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)”在學(xue)校 “三育(yu)(yu)人”的(de)人才(cai)培養模式改革中(zhong),已成(cheng)為面向全校學(xue)生開(kai)設(she)的(de)拓展(zhan)專業。學(xue)校將逐漸發(fa)展(zhan)成(cheng)為集科研(yan)(yan)、教(jiao)學(xue)、服(fu)務為一體(ti)(ti)的(de)體(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)文化研(yan)(yan)究基地。部門還積極(ji)參加(jia)國(guo)內外的(de)學(xue)術交流活動,研(yan)(yan)究成(cheng)果(guo)在學(xue)術界也(ye)產生了一定的(de)影響。部門師資力(li)量雄厚(hou),年(nian)齡結構(gou)(gou)、學(xue)歷與職稱(cheng)結構(gou)(gou)合理,具(ju)有從事(shi)研(yan)(yan)究的(de)師資和設(she)施(shi)條件,并制定了三年(nian)的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)規劃。
