
宋(song)李翔,中(zhong)共黨(dang)員(yuan),數(shu)創學院學工辦負責人。雖說(shuo)是今年初從管理學院輪崗來到數(shu)創學院,但從進校伊始,宋(song)李翔已在學生管理工作崗位辛(xin)勤(qin)耕耘九(jiu)個(ge)年頭,是學校學工隊伍(wu)中(zhong)品(pin)格優秀、勤(qin)勉(mian)擔(dan)當、經驗豐富的(de)中(zhong)堅力量。
自“不(bu)忘(wang)初(chu)心,牢(lao)記(ji)使命(ming)”主(zhu)題教育工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)開展以(yi)來,宋李(li)翔積極(ji)(ji)響應校(xiao)黨(dang)委和(he)學院(yuan)黨(dang)總支(zhi)(zhi)的(de)號召,根據(ju)學校(xiao)黨(dang)委和(he)學院(yuan)有關(guan)“不(bu)忘(wang)初(chu)心,牢(lao)記(ji)使命(ming)”主(zhu)題教育統一部(bu)署和(he)安排,積極(ji)(ji)組織學院(yuan)學生(sheng)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)的(de)各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)建工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)與學生(sheng)日常(chang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)同部(bu)署、共(gong)落實,找準基(ji)層(ceng)黨(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)建設的(de)重(zhong)點,扎(zha)實推進各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)開展,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中以(yi)身作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)則、身先士卒(zu)、貼(tie)近(jin)學生(sheng)、貼(tie)近(jin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)實際、貼(tie)近(jin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務于學生(sheng)成長成才,展現(xian)了學生(sheng)黨(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)書記(ji)應有的(de)風采(cai)。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

宋(song)李翔(xiang)老師工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中敢于擔(dan)當,身先(xian)士卒(zu),高度(du)(du)自律。每(mei)天(tian)早(zao)上(shang)提前一(yi)個小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)始工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),下午最后(hou)一(yi)個離開(kai)辦公室,關愛(ai)團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成員(yuan),注(zhu)重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)(dui)伍內部(bu)建(jian)設(she),通(tong)(tong)過專(zhuan)題研討、團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成員(yuan)談(tan)心談(tan)話、團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)活(huo)動等方式為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦營造出團(tuan)(tuan)結協(xie)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),拼搏(bo)奉(feng)獻的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周2次(ci)實(shi)地檢查新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修情(qing)況,及時(shi)(shi)向新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)輔導員(yuan)反饋早(zao)晚修情(qing)況。積(ji)極通(tong)(tong)過學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對一(yi)談(tan)話、走(zou)訪宿舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)代(dai)表座(zuo)談(tan)等形(xing)式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了(le)解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思想動態,及時(shi)(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)排(pai)憂解(jie)難(nan)。自開(kai)展主(zhu)題教(jiao)育工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)以來,主(zhu)持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)談(tan)會(hui)2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對一(yi)談(tan)話80人(ren)次(ci),宿舍走(zou)訪4次(ci)。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中能(neng)(neng)根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)專(zhuan)業和培(pei)養(yang)特(te)點,有(you)針對性(xing)的(de)(de)開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動,與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)打(da)成一(yi)片,將(jiang)活(huo)動育人(ren)、文化育人(ren)理(li)念落實(shi)到位。同時(shi)(shi)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后(hou)進(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)放棄引導教(jiao)育,而是(shi)通(tong)(tong)過嚴要求(qiu),敢碰硬的(de)(de)態度(du)(du)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主(zhu)任、輔導員(yuan)一(yi)起(qi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)后(hou)進(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)教(jiao)育引導。羅馬城不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)天(tian)建(jian)成的(de)(de),一(yi)流的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)建(jian)設(she)也不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)朝一(yi)夕(xi),唯有(you)通(tong)(tong)過嚴于律己(ji)的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)風(feng)和正(zheng)能(neng)(neng)量的(de)(de)積(ji)極傳遞才能(neng)(neng)讓新(xin)時(shi)(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨支部(bu)的(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)與(yu)時(shi)(shi)俱(ju)進(jin)(jin),勇往直前。
