[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李翔,中(zhong)共黨員(yuan),數創學(xue)院學(xue)工辦負責(ze)人。雖說是(shi)今年(nian)初從(cong)管理(li)(li)學(xue)院輪崗來到(dao)數創學(xue)院,但從(cong)進校伊始,宋李翔已在(zai)學(xue)生(sheng)管理(li)(li)工作崗位(wei)辛勤耕耘九個年(nian)頭(tou),是(shi)學(xue)校學(xue)工隊伍中(zhong)品格優(you)秀、勤勉擔當(dang)、經(jing)驗(yan)豐(feng)富的中(zhong)堅力量。

自“不(bu)忘初心,牢(lao)記(ji)使命”主(zhu)題(ti)教育(yu)工(gong)作開展(zhan)以(yi)來,宋李翔(xiang)積極響應(ying)校黨(dang)委和(he)學(xue)院黨(dang)總支的(de)號召,根據學(xue)校黨(dang)委和(he)學(xue)院有關“不(bu)忘初心,牢(lao)記(ji)使命”主(zhu)題(ti)教育(yu)統(tong)一部(bu)署(shu)和(he)安排,積極組(zu)織學(xue)院學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支部(bu)的(de)各項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)作,將黨(dang)建(jian)工(gong)作與學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)日常工(gong)作同部(bu)署(shu)、共落(luo)實,找準基層(ceng)黨(dang)支部(bu)建(jian)設的(de)重點,扎(zha)實推進各項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)作的(de)開展(zhan),工(gong)作中(zhong)以(yi)身作則、身先士卒、貼近學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、貼近工(gong)作實際(ji)、貼近工(gong)作隊伍,服務(wu)于學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成長成才,展(zhan)現了(le)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)支部(bu)書記(ji)應(ying)有的(de)風采(cai)。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

(zheng)式(shi)成立深職院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)影視動(dong)(dong)(dong)畫宣傳志(zhi)愿服務基地,使得志(zhi)愿服務與專業建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)實(shi)現了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)深度融合(he)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)注意整合(he)資源,借助外力(li)提(ti)升(sheng)部(bu)(bu)門工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水(shui)平。半(ban)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)來2次主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)聯(lian)系學(xue)(xue)(xue)校心理咨(zi)詢中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心,通過借助專業力(li)量提(ti)升(sheng)對重(zhong)點關注學(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)管理能(neng)力(li)和(he)(he)應對水(shui)平。積極(ji)發揮新(xin)媒體平臺在(zai)思想(xiang)政(zheng)治教育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)陣地作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,組織策劃迎新(xin)系列推(tui)(tui)文、國(guo)慶70周年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)系列活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)、強國(guo)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)說(shuo)推(tui)(tui)文等宣傳推(tui)(tui)文,深受(shou)新(xin)生歡迎。

宋李翔(xiang)老師工(gong)(gong)作中敢于(yu)擔當,身先士卒,高度(du)自律。每天早(zao)上提前一(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時(shi)(shi)(shi)趕到(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始(shi)工(gong)(gong)作,下午(wu)最后一(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開辦公室(shi),關愛團(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)(cheng)員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍內部(bu)建設,通過(guo)專題研(yan)討、團(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)(cheng)員談(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)話(hua)(hua)、團(tuan)隊(dui)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)等方式為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦營造(zao)出團(tuan)結(jie)協作,拼搏奉獻的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作氛圍。每周2次(ci)(ci)實(shi)(shi)地(di)檢查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修情(qing)況,及(ji)時(shi)(shi)(shi)向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導員反饋早(zao)晚修情(qing)況。積極(ji)通過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)(hua)、走訪宿舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)(tan)等形式傾聽(ting)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解(jie)(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動(dong)(dong)(dong)態(tai),及(ji)時(shi)(shi)(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解(jie)(jie)難。自開展主題教育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作以來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)會2場(chang),學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)(hua)80人次(ci)(ci),宿舍(she)走訪4次(ci)(ci)。工(gong)(gong)作中能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業和培養特點,有(you)針(zhen)對(dui)(dui)性的(de)(de)(de)(de)開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong),與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)育(yu)人、文化育(yu)人理念落實(shi)(shi)到(dao)(dao)位。同(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)對(dui)(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)業后進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄(qi)引導教育(yu),而(er)是(shi)通過(guo)嚴(yan)要(yao)求,敢碰硬(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)態(tai)度(du)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長(chang)、班主任(ren)、輔導員一(yi)(yi)(yi)起進(jin)行后進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)引導。羅馬城不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)天建成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作團(tuan)隊(dui)建設也不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯(wei)有(you)通過(guo)嚴(yan)于(yu)律己的(de)(de)(de)(de)作風和正能量的(de)(de)(de)(de)積極(ji)傳(chuan)遞才能讓新時(shi)(shi)(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支(zhi)部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)建設與時(shi)(shi)(shi)俱進(jin),勇往直前。
