[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖書(shu)(shu)特(te)(te)有的(de)文化(hua)底蘊和文化(hua)地位,對整個(ge)社會的(de)文化(hua)大(da)發(fa)展,甚而(er)對經濟、科(ke)研(yan)、社會文明等方面的(de)進步起著(zhu)舉足(zu)輕(qing)重(zhong)(zhong)的(de)作用。圖書(shu)(shu)館作為古(gu)今中外最重(zhong)(zhong)要的(de)藏(zang)書(shu)(shu)場所、文化(hua)天地,肩(jian)負著(zhu)特(te)(te)別的(de)文化(hua)使命和任(ren)務。高校圖書(shu)(shu)館在為教學科(ke)研(yan)服務的(de)同時,更有著(zhu)直(zhi)接參與文化(hua)育人(ren)的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要使命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培(pei)養“復合(he)式(shi)創新(xin)型(xing)高素質高技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才”,是新(xin)時期對(dui)職業院校(xiao)提出(chu)的(de)新(xin)要求,符合(he)市場(chang)對(dui)新(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才的(de)新(xin)變(bian)化(hua),也切合(he)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才未來發展的(de)方(fang)向。全面推(tui)進(jin)“文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)、復合(he)育(yu)人(ren)、協同育(yu)人(ren)”人(ren)才培(pei)養模式(shi)改革,對(dui)職業院校(xiao)的(de)發展與(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學提出(chu)了新(xin)的(de)挑戰,也說(shuo)明(ming)了新(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才培(pei)育(yu)的(de)復雜(za)性。作為傳統的(de)文化(hua)主體部門、教(jiao)學輔助(zhu)單(dan)位(wei),圖(tu)書館理當主動參與(yu)到(dao)文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)工(gong)作中。

  從(cong)單一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)專業要(yao)(yao)求到學(xue)科或(huo)專業群要(yao)(yao)求,從(cong)適(shi)應(ying)崗位(wei)到工作創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin),從(cong)“工具”人(ren)(ren)(ren)到以人(ren)(ren)(ren)為本綜(zong)合(he)發展(zhan)(zhan),現代技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)(de)理念與(yu)(yu)定位(wei)有(you)根本性轉變(bian),對高校(xiao)(xiao)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)而(er)言,自身(shen)(shen)定位(wei)與(yu)(yu)工作責任必須(xu)進行(xing)變(bian)革。第(di)一(yi),努(nu)力拓展(zhan)(zhan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內涵(han),必須(xu)要(yao)(yao)跳出圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)看到文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升(sheng)華(hua)到育人(ren)(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)要(yao)(yao)以育人(ren)(ren)(ren)為中心(xin)開展(zhan)(zhan)資源建設和(he)服務提(ti)升(sheng),依復合(he)型(xing)、創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)要(yao)(yao)求來采購圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)、完善閱讀環(huan)境(jing),開展(zhan)(zhan)多(duo)層次(ci)的(de)(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務,更(geng)要(yao)(yao)走出圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan),參與(yu)(yu)到育人(ren)(ren)(ren)工作的(de)(de)(de)(de)第(di)一(yi)線(xian)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)可以全程(cheng)介入(ru)教(jiao)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)個(ge)過程(cheng),從(cong)而(er)在實(shi)踐中使圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大(da)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內涵(han)與(yu)(yu)外延(yan),著力推(tui)動校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)發展(zhan)(zhan)。第(di)二,著力打(da)造新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)(zhan)開,不僅是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養(yang)課(ke)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開設問題,更(geng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)環(huan)境(jing)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)新(xin)(xin)(xin)渠道的(de)(de)(de)(de)建設問題,推(tui)進書(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)建設,是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)切入(ru)點(dian)。要(yao)(yao)讓學(xue)生(sheng)愛書(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu),讓書(shu)(shu)之香彌漫校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan),使校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息濃郁。第(di)三,不斷(duan)放(fang)大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設與(yu)(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)十分(fen)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)部分(fen)。在書(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設中,應(ying)該根據時代需(xu)要(yao)(yao)、學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)特色(se),組織各方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)力量,從(cong)不同角度完善、充實(shi)、放(fang)大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)功能(neng)。要(yao)(yao)將教(jiao)學(xue)、研究、社會服務、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)生(sheng)全面成長相(xiang)結合(he),激勵教(jiao)師(shi)投身(shen)(shen)于文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)造中來。抓住(zhu)德(de)(de)育的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育主(zhu)線(xian),用不同形式和(he)方法提(ti)高學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)社會公德(de)(de)、職業道德(de)(de)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)德(de)(de)。要(yao)(yao)把文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)凝聚上升(sheng)到大(da)學(xue)精神,以文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為基(ji)礎,逐步形成學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)獨有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特色(se)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)風格與(yu)(yu)精神內核,塑造學(xue)生(sheng),提(ti)升(sheng)學(xue)生(sheng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養(yang)。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深(shen)入落實(shi)“文化育人”的(de)(de)人才(cai)培養理念(nian),一(yi)方面要求圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)文化升華(hua)拓展,衍進(jin)到(dao)書(shu)香(xiang)文化,進(jin)而推動書(shu)香(xiang)校園,促進(jin)校園文化大發展,另一(yi)方面也從文化建設(she)的(de)(de)角度對圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館的(de)(de)具體工(gong)作提出了新的(de)(de)要求。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設(she)(she)是圖(tu)書館永恒的(de)主題(ti)(ti),今后應(ying)有(you)(you)三個(ge)轉(zhuan)變,一(yi)(yi)(yi)是重視資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是要優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三是重點抓好特(te)色(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設(she)(she)。圖(tu)書資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設(she)(she)實則是文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設(she)(she),是書香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與(yu)校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發展(zhan)的(de)基礎。為形成(cheng)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的(de)針對性、有(you)(you)效性與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色(se)(se),應(ying)進(jin)(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步與(yu)學(xue)校(xiao)各部門及(ji)校(xiao)外單(dan)位(wei)合作,加強合作資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)、特(te)色(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設(she)(she),加強文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專題(ti)(ti)如(ru)職業素養、地(di)方(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)收藏,一(yi)(yi)(yi)旦形成(cheng)規模,就進(jin)(jin)行歸(gui)納整理(li),集中收藏,建(jian)立(li)專題(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日常(chang)采(cai)購中,應(ying)有(you)(you)意識地(di)進(jin)(jin)行專題(ti)(ti)采(cai)購,形成(cheng)特(te)色(se)(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏書。也可(ke)發揮博物館功能(neng),收集地(di)方(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)料、非物質遺產,接受私(si)人專題(ti)(ti)藏品,形成(cheng)專題(ti)(ti)數(shu)據庫(ku)或特(te)藏室。

  2、優化(hua)文(wen)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)務——延(yan)伸文(wen)化(hua)魅力。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)是服(fu)(fu)務機構,傳(chuan)統圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的服(fu)(fu)務比較簡單(dan),而(er)現(xian)代圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的服(fu)(fu)務應(ying)更(geng)注重文(wen)化(hua)性,通過(guo)服(fu)(fu)務影響師生,通過(guo)文(wen)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)務來育(yu)人。優化(hua)文(wen)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)務關鍵要做到(dao)服(fu)(fu)務的多樣化(hua)、個性化(hua),日(ri)常應(ying)建立(li)一套(tao)基(ji)本的能滿足讀者(zhe)需求的服(fu)(fu)務體系,在(zai)此(ci)基(ji)礎(chu)上,要強化(hua)專(zhuan)業圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)服(fu)(fu)務,開展文(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)息的個性化(hua)服(fu)(fu)務,滿足教師或重點團隊在(zai)縱深層次(ci)的教學科研活(huo)動中對(dui)文(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)息的個性需求,其次(ci)要在(zai)服(fu)(fu)務細節、服(fu)(fu)務態度、服(fu)(fu)務方法上下(xia)功夫,引進新技術讓服(fu)(fu)務效率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)務范圍(wei)更(geng)廣,如(ru)微博、短信(xin)(xin)、聊(liao)天群、手機圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)、虛(xu)擬圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)等,促(cu)進與讀者(zhe)的信(xin)(xin)息交流(liu),文(wen)化(hua)互(hu)動。

  3、廣開(kai)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)——拓寬文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺。圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)園(yuan)師(shi)生最重(zhong)要的(de)(de)聚(ju)集(ji)之地。面(mian)向未來(lai),我們提(ti)出(chu)(chu)除了要把圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建成資源(yuan)信(xin)息中心(xin)之外,還要建成學習交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)中心(xin)、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)中心(xin)和宣傳(chuan)教育(yu)中心(xin),實(shi)現由(you)傳(chuan)統(tong)大學圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向一流(liu)(liu)、現代(dai)、新(xin)型(xing)大學圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)轉型(xing)。這種(zhong)轉型(xing)實(shi)際上(shang)賦予圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更多(duo)的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)功能,不(bu)斷拓寬圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)平臺,成為學校(xiao)育(yu)人的(de)(de)重(zhong)要渠道(dao)。近年來(lai),圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好常(chang)規(gui)服務的(de)(de)同(tong)時,大量(liang)舉辦主(zhu)題(ti)(ti)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推介(jie)、閱讀沙龍、專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)講座、書(shu)評競賽和技能比賽等(deng),保持了館(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月有新(xin)的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展示與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)的(de)(de)頻率(lv),通過教師(shi)的(de)(de)讀書(shu)俱樂部與學生的(de)(de)讀者協會,與師(shi)生建立了廣泛的(de)(de)聯(lian)系。以后,圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要不(bu)斷把館(guan)(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)搞好搞精彩,還要走出(chu)(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)園(yuan),并且走出(chu)(chu)校(xiao)門,配(pei)合教學活動(dong)或(huo)師(shi)生的(de)(de)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)活動(dong),開(kai)展書(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服務。
