文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實(shi)“文化(hua)育(yu)人”的(de)人才培養(yang)理念,一方面要求(qiu)圖書(shu)文化(hua)升華拓展,衍進到書(shu)香文化(hua),進而推動書(shu)香校園,促進校園文化(hua)大(da)發(fa)展,另一方面也(ye)從文化(hua)建設的(de)角度(du)對圖書(shu)館的(de)具體工作(zuo)提出了新的(de)要求(qiu)。
1、豐富文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯(hang)實文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設是(shi)圖書館永(yong)恒的(de)主題(ti),今(jin)后應(ying)(ying)有(you)三個轉(zhuan)變,一(yi)是(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內(nei)涵,二是(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結構(gou),三是(shi)重點抓好(hao)特(te)(te)色資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設。圖書資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設實則是(shi)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,是(shi)書香(xiang)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與校園文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發展的(de)基(ji)礎。為形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針對性(xing)、有(you)效性(xing)與文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)(te)色,應(ying)(ying)進一(yi)步與學校各部門及校外單位合(he)作(zuo),加強合(he)作(zuo)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)(te)色資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,加強文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)如(ru)職業(ye)素(su)養(yang)、地方(fang)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)收(shou)藏,一(yi)旦形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)規模,就進行歸納整理,集中(zhong)(zhong)收(shou)藏,建(jian)立專(zhuan)題(ti)文庫。日(ri)常(chang)采購(gou)中(zhong)(zhong),應(ying)(ying)有(you)意識地進行專(zhuan)題(ti)采購(gou),形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)特(te)(te)色文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏書。也(ye)可發揮博物館功能,收(shou)集地方(fang)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)料、非物質(zhi)遺產,接(jie)受私人(ren)專(zhuan)題(ti)藏品,形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)專(zhuan)題(ti)數據(ju)庫或特(te)(te)藏室。
2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)——延伸(shen)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)魅(mei)力(li)。圖書(shu)館是服(fu)(fu)務(wu)機構,傳統圖書(shu)館的(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)比較簡單,而現代圖書(shu)館的(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)應更(geng)注(zhu)重(zhong)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通(tong)過(guo)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)影(ying)響師(shi)(shi)生(sheng),通(tong)過(guo)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)關鍵要(yao)做到服(fu)(fu)務(wu)的(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應建立一套(tao)基本(ben)的(de)能滿足(zu)讀(du)者(zhe)需求(qiu)(qiu)的(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)體(ti)系,在(zai)此基礎上(shang)(shang),要(yao)強化(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖書(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu),開展文(wen)獻信息(xi)的(de)個(ge)(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu),滿足(zu)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)或重(zhong)點(dian)團隊(dui)在(zai)縱深層次的(de)教(jiao)學科(ke)研活動中對文(wen)獻信息(xi)的(de)個(ge)(ge)性需求(qiu)(qiu),其次要(yao)在(zai)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)態(tai)度、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)方法上(shang)(shang)下功夫(fu),引進(jin)新技術讓(rang)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)效率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)務(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如(ru)微博、短信、聊天群、手(shou)機圖書(shu)館、虛擬圖書(shu)館等,促進(jin)與讀(du)者(zhe)的(de)信息(xi)交(jiao)流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)互(hu)動。
3、廣開文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)——拓寬(kuan)(kuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)平(ping)臺。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)師生(sheng)最重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)聚集之地。面向未來,我們提(ti)出除了要(yao)(yao)把(ba)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建成(cheng)資源信息(xi)中(zhong)心之外,還要(yao)(yao)建成(cheng)學習交流中(zhong)心、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)心和宣傳(chuan)教(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)心,實現(xian)由傳(chuan)統(tong)大學圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向一(yi)流、現(xian)代、新型(xing)大學圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)轉型(xing)。這種(zhong)轉型(xing)實際上賦予圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)功(gong)能,不斷拓寬(kuan)(kuan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)平(ping)臺,成(cheng)為學校(xiao)(xiao)育(yu)人(ren)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)渠道。近年來,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)做好(hao)常規服務(wu)的(de)(de)同時,大量舉(ju)辦(ban)主題文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推介(jie)、閱讀沙(sha)龍、專題講(jiang)座、書(shu)(shu)評競賽和技能比賽等(deng),保持了館(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)每月有(you)新的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)頻率,通過(guo)教(jiao)師的(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)俱樂部與(yu)學生(sheng)的(de)(de)讀者協會,與(yu)師生(sheng)建立(li)了廣泛的(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)不斷把(ba)館(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)各類文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)搞好(hao)搞精彩,還要(yao)(yao)走(zou)出館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan),并且走(zou)出校(xiao)(xiao)門(men),配合(he)教(jiao)學活(huo)動(dong)(dong)或(huo)師生(sheng)的(de)(de)專題活(huo)動(dong)(dong),開展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務(wu)。
