魯昕:人工智能驅動“雙高”全新領域的全面建設

為(wei)深入推進學校(xiao)數字化轉(zhuan)型,高質量落實好(hao)“雙高”建(jian)(jian)設各項任務,6月28日,深圳職(zhi)業技術(shu)學院(yuan)舉行黨(dang)委理論學習中(zhong)心組(擴大(da))學習會(hui)(hui),特別邀請(qing)全國(guo)政協委員(yuan)、中(zhong)國(guo)職(zhi)業技術(shu)教育學會(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)長(chang)(chang)、教育部原(yuan)副部長(chang)(chang)魯昕在京聯線(xian),作題為(wei)《人工智能與經濟學:“雙高”建(jian)(jian)設全新領域的全面建(jian)(jian)設》專題報告。會(hui)(hui)議由校(xiao)黨(dang)委書記、校(xiao)長(chang)(chang)楊欣(xin)斌主持。

習(xi)近平總書(shu)記(ji)高度重視人工智能(neng)(neng)發展,認(ren)為“人工智能(neng)(neng)是引領(ling)新(xin)一輪(lun)科(ke)技革命和產業變革的(de)重要驅(qu)動力”,“把(ba)握全球人工智能(neng)(neng)發展態勢,找準突(tu)破口(kou)和主攻方向,培養大(da)批具有創(chuang)新(xin)能(neng)(neng)力和合作(zuo)精神的(de)人工智能(neng)(neng)高端人才是教育的(de)重要使命”。

魯(lu)(lu)昕列舉(ju)了(le)(le)人(ren)社部發(fa)布的數(shu)字經(jing)濟背景下市場需求(qiu)迫切的39個(ge)新(xin)(xin)職(zhi)業(ye),通過(guo)分(fen)析(xi)(xi)新(xin)(xin)職(zhi)業(ye)、新(xin)(xin)知識、新(xin)(xin)技術、新(xin)(xin)技能(neng),突顯(xian)出工作(zuo)場景變化對“雙(shuang)高”專業(ye)建(jian)設(she)提出的要求(qiu)。最后(hou),魯(lu)(lu)昕通過(guo)對工信部人(ren)才(cai)交(jiao)流中心(xin)發(fa)布的《工業(ye)互(hu)聯(lian)網產業(ye)人(ren)才(cai)崗位能(neng)力要求(qiu)》分(fen)析(xi)(xi),展示了(le)(le)工業(ye)互(hu)聯(lian)網產業(ye)人(ren)才(cai)8個(ge)方向41個(ge)崗位的4項能(neng)力要求(qiu),系統總(zong)結了(le)(le)人(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)發(fa)展對高等教育動(dong)手能(neng)力數(shu)字化和(he)實(shi)訓基地虛擬化轉型的呼喚。

魯昕希(xi)望,在(zai)“雙區”建(jian)設的(de)(de)背(bei)景下,“雙高(gao)(gao)”建(jian)設的(de)(de)過程中(zhong)(zhong),深職(zhi)院(yuan)作為(wei)“雙高(gao)(gao)”中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)“雙高(gao)(gao)”,要(yao)充分探討如何在(zai)粵港澳大(da)灣區的(de)(de)政策環境、在(zai)新一代信息技(ji)術的(de)(de)創新文化、在(zai)深職(zhi)院(yuan)的(de)(de)工科特(te)色中(zhong)(zhong)發(fa)揮積極(ji)作用,構建(jian)新知識體(ti)系(xi),構建(jian)新課程體(ti)系(xi),顛覆專(zhuan)業(ye)結構,培養復合性人才,成(cheng)為(wei)名副其實的(de)(de)世界一流職(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)術學院(yuan)。

楊欣斌在(zai)總結中(zhong)表示,魯昕會長的(de)(de)(de)報告站位(wei)高遠、視野開(kai)闊,理(li)論深厚、邏輯嚴(yan)密(mi),觀點鮮明、素材(cai)豐富,聚焦問題、貼近(jin)實(shi)(shi)際,特別是(shi)結合我校“雙高”建設(she)(she)、專業(ye)設(she)(she)置和(he)產教融合的(de)(de)(de)情況提(ti)出具(ju)體的(de)(de)(de)指導意見(jian),對(dui)于推(tui)動學(xue)校數字化(hua)轉型,落實(shi)(shi)好“雙高”建設(she)(she),科學(xue)謀劃“十(shi)四五”期間的(de)(de)(de)思路和(he)舉措,具(ju)有重要的(de)(de)(de)指導意義。楊欣斌要求各單(dan)位(wei)深刻(ke)領(ling)會、深入(ru)研究魯昕會長的(de)(de)(de)報告精神,結合實(shi)(shi)際抓好貫徹落實(shi)(shi),努力在(zai)“雙高”建設(she)(she)中(zhong)走在(zai)前列,爭(zheng)當職業(ye)教育創(chuang)新發展的(de)(de)(de)先(xian)行者。
