教科文職業教育創新中心項目評估國際研討會圓滿閉幕

9月5日上午,教科文(wen)職(zhi)業(ye)教育(yu)創新中心項目評估國際(ji)研(yan)討會閉(bi)幕(mu)式在我校留仙洞校區舉行(xing)。聯合國教科文(wen)組織職(zhi)業(ye)教育(yu)創新中心項目專家(jia)(jia)、肯尼亞大裂谷(gu)技(ji)術培訓學院的(de)同行(xing)評審專家(jia)(jia)以(yi)及學校領(ling)導等出席會議。

會(hui)上(shang)教科文組(zu)織項目(mu)專家首先說(shuo)明學(xue)校的評估流程、工具與結(jie)(jie)果,并對結(jie)(jie)果進(jin)行(xing)了解讀。肯尼亞大(da)裂谷技術培訓學(xue)院校長(chang)對于同行(xing)評審的結(jie)(jie)果進(jin)行(xing)了說(shuo)明并提(ti)出未(wei)來雙方(fang)合作意向(xiang)。最后(hou)副(fu)校長(chang)李月作總(zong)結(jie)(jie)講話(hua)。

教(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)文(wen)組(zu)(zu)織專家彼(bi)得(de).格(ge)林伍德(de)和(he)簡?彼(bi)得(de)?甘特?德(de)奧(ao)特羅(luo)根據(ju)在研討會不同環(huan)節采集的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)評(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)證據(ju),運用項目(mu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju)(ju)和(he)統(tong)(tong)計工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju)(ju),經(jing)(jing)(jing)過綜合(he)分析給出(chu)評(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)結論:學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)文(wen)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)中(zhong)心項目(mu)綜合(he)評(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)數據(ju)結果呈現在第四(si)象限,說明學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)已(yi)經(jing)(jing)(jing)居領先位置。四(si)個評(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)維(wei)度(領導力(li)與(yu)(yu)組(zu)(zu)織行(xing)為、教(jiao)(jiao)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)、產品與(yu)(yu)服務、能(neng)力(li)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)生態(tai)系統(tong)(tong))的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)評(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)數據(ju)都很突(tu)出(chu),其中(zhong)領導力(li)與(yu)(yu)組(zu)(zu)織行(xing)為維(wei)度表現最為突(tu)出(chu)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)案(an)例內容(rong)豐富,反(fan)(fan)映了學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)在創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)上(shang)取得(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)驕人業(ye)績。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)編(bian)制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)行(xing)動(dong)(dong)計劃符(fu)合(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)中(zhong)心項目(mu)對行(xing)動(dong)(dong)計劃的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)框(kuang)架要(yao)求,與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)評(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)結果反(fan)(fan)映的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)需要(yao)改進項目(mu)吻合(he),已(yi)經(jing)(jing)(jing)提出(chu)了解決(jue)方(fang)案(an),方(fang)向(xiang)正確,行(xing)動(dong)(dong)得(de)力(li),已(yi)經(jing)(jing)(jing)達到教(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)文(wen)組(zu)(zu)織職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)中(zhong)心項目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求。希望(wang)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)以后在校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)內推廣教(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)文(wen)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)中(zhong)心項目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)評(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju)(ju)對學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)各項創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)做(zuo)出(chu)自(zi)我(wo)評(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu),發現不足(zu),做(zuo)好反(fan)(fan)思,追求進步。繼續做(zuo)好項目(mu)自(zi)評(ping)報告和(he)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)案(an)例修改工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),推進實施創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)行(xing)動(dong)(dong)計劃,在虛(xu)擬平臺上(shang)推廣深職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)案(an)例和(he)方(fang)案(an),未來與(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)文(wen)組(zu)(zu)織合(he)作(zuo)面向(xiang)亞(ya)太地(di)區推廣教(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)文(wen)組(zu)(zu)織職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)中(zhong)心項目(mu),傳播(bo)“深職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)案(an)例”、“中(zhong)國方(fang)案(an)”。
